Our Community

Estacio consists of 140 single family homes built between 2003-2005 and is located in the desirable west side of Indio, California in the exclusive corridor of newer homes along 49th Ave.  Amenities include gated entry, community pool and spa, and beautifully manicured common-area landscape.

Built in the sunshine community of Indio at the crossroads of Jefferson Street and Avenue 49, Estacio is close to lots of the activities that this beautiful desert has to offer.  Centrally located in the heart of the Coachella Valley twenty miles from Palm Springs to the northwest, the city of Indio is the largest and fastest growing city in the Coachella Valley.  Indio is known for its National Date Festival, International Tamale Festival, Riverside County Fair, Southwest Arts Festival, Hot Air Balloon Festival, World Class Polo Tournaments, Music Festivals and Horse Shows.  In addition, you can find beautiful open desert areas, dramatic canyons, fine dining, shopping, hiking trails and some of the greatest golf courses in the world within minutes of our community.

Estacio Homeowners Association, Inc.

Estacio Homeowners Association, Inc. is registered as a non-profit mutual benefit corporation with the State of California and managed by a duly elected Board of Directors.  Its purpose is to maintain all common areas and to govern the community in accordance with the provision of the legal documents: CC&R's, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations.
